To claim Rec Travel to attend races, email the Secretary (Toby Clay 9375 65107 or 01752 555107) who will include your name on the list of race attendees. You can then claim using JPA and quoting the published travel code. Your name appearing on the list is what places you 'ON DUTY STATUS'. A link will be provided to the list as the race approaches to enable members to check that they appear on it. The bottom line is, if you claim rec travel without your name on the list you are doing so fraudulently. Approved races for 2009 are under consideration and will appear by Dec 2008. If you have specific requests for races to be covered, email the Secretary.
